Ho contattato il servizio clienti ad ottobre per un problema con il materassino fasciatoio (essendosi rovinato inaspettatamente dopo meno di 1 anno dal suo utilizzo), mi hanno inizialmente risposto chiedendomi varie informazioni ma alla mia risposta avvenuta poco dopo non ho mai più ricevuto nessun messaggio da parte dell'assistenza.
