The kit includes a bottle of EN71/3 certified paint with real slate particles and an applicator brush.
Prepare the surface by cleaning it of grease and oil and sand it lightly.
Apply the varnish and allow it to dry for at least 4 hours before applying a second coat. Between coats, clean and lightly sand the surface with a fine-grit abrasive. Each coat should extend to cover the previous ones.
Finally, allow the paint to dry for 48 hours in a dry place.
